The product is fine — it’s sturdy and charming in its rugged simplicity — but I’ve never bought bookends that didn’t come in pairs, so I was surprised upon opening the box to find that this is one bookend vs. one set. I probably wouldn’t have spent the $11 had I realized that was for one piece of bent metal.
