Family is our focus at Highland Ridge -- It's where we live, it's where we work, and it's where we feel at home. Here, everyone is family. That means you!

We are honored that you invite us into your homes, and we do not take it lightly! When you purchase our work, you buy something that's been lovingly made, from the initial design process to shipping your order out. We take pride in making high-quality unique items to make your space more cozy, organized, cheerful, and inviting.  We enjoy being able to work together as a family, and hope our work makes your family's space that much more enjoyable.

We are keenly aware that not everyone has the same opportunities for advancement as our family has been blessed with, so our mission is to create dignified, sustainable work for vulnerable people in our community.  As a non-profit organization, we hire vulnerable women in our community who are in the care of local agencies to give them a safe, positive work environment as they get back on their feet.  We hope to be the family they need in a dark season.

At Highland Ridge, we have experienced the life-transforming power of dignified work and we work every day to bring others into that freedom.  With every purchase you make with us, you play a part in that story.

 

HISTORY

Steve and Stephanie began Highland Ridge Decor in 2016, based out of Steve's shop on Highland Ridge Road in Estill Springs, TN. Stephanie had been working in graphic design for a while and Steve had an itch to buy a new toy for the family farm-- a CNC plasma cutter. A smart salesman suggested we team together and make a business out of it, and the rest is history. Steve kept his day job running the farm with his father and two sons, and makes our art on rainy days. Stephanie pivoted to running the business while staying home with her small children.

Today, the business has grown out of Stephanie’s attic and into a world of impact.  In 2023, Highland Ridge moved under the umbrella of Jubilee Trading Company, Stephanie’s 501(c)3 non-profit organization that curates handmade goods from around the world.  Every purchase goes toward their mission of making dignified employment for vulnerable people, both locally and abroad.
