The quality is beautiful, the stitching is perfect, it's all around an amazing piece of craftsmanship. The seller was immediately alert to my issue when the package was delivered to the wrong address (by the shipping company, no fault of the seller), and helped me in attempting to track it. Once we determined it was lost, the seller shipped another straight to me, without a single pause. This was a gift I'd been excited to give, and they got the replacement to me quickly, with plenty of time to gift it. The package it came in was festive, and they included a card explaining the people and community that work to make these pieces.
